Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Cancellation and Refunding:
Cancellations of bookings seven days or more before the pickup date are free. Should a booking be canceled 48 to 24 hours before pick-up, 50% of the whole booking value will be used toward a cancellation charge. Should a booking be canceled within 24 hours of pick-up or if the client does not show up, 100% of the booking value will be used toward a cancellation charge. Refunds should force a major strike, a natural catastrophe, war, or airline cancellation of flights.
Tour Cancellation:
Should a tour be canceled, MOTOGOTours will tell every tourgoer right away. If all of the clients who have booked the trip agree to a refund, which will be a complete payment, MOTOGOTours will offer to run the tour or give an alternate tour at a more fitting site. MOTOGOTours terminates a tour because of non-attendance; hence, MOTOGOTours is not liable for any further expenses or damages suffered by tour participants. Events may call for us to postpone, cancel, amend the planned trip itinerary, modify the itinerary, or replace hotels, cities, tour guides, or other travel arrangements. Under such conditions, we are not liable or accountable for any expenses, damages, or difficulties experienced. Should the tour be canceled before the planned tour start date, your whole tour ticket will be reimbursed.
