Booking Confirmation & Credit Card Deposit:
You have to pay 100%. We do not take deposits. As a Guided Tour Participant, your signing on the Tour Confirmation Form legally binds MOTOGOTours to you under terms and conditions. Please give these terms and conditions great thought. Any tour participant without a current signed Tour Confirmation Form and Credit Card Payment Agreement on the tour date cannot be accepted by MOTOGOTours.
Reservation And Deposit:
All costs for MOTOGOTours reservations have to be paid upon booking. The number of individuals in the group will determine the 5-10% discount group bookings get. Group reservations call for credit or debit card payment.
The cost to visitors wishing to participate in the group tour will not vary.
Release And Waiver:
Before the guided tour starts, every guest on a MOTOGOTours must accept and sign a tour agreement and liability release waiver. MOTOGOTours only accept tours participants with these signed documents. At request, our agents may provide a copy of these forms.
Tour Guide:
Your tour guides are there to help you throughout your trip and will do their best to make sure every guest makes the most of your trip experience. Every rider should pay close attention to the safety and travel advice provided by the tour leader every morning to assist to guarantee the best possible group riding conditions.
Weather Conditions:
MOTOGOTours tries to plan its trips during a period of year when the touring area’s usually nice for riding. Many trips pass through places where rapid changes in the weather are possible. MOTOGOTours cannot be held responsible for inappropriate and unpleasant weather conditions; however, no returns will be given for these circumstances.
Insurance:
MOTOGOTours advises you to get suitable travel, health, and accident insurance. MOTOGOTours now provides visitors with basic travel insurance.
Customer Pick-up And Drop-off:
For your convenience, we will arrange for pick-up and drop-off from the lobby of your hotel while you embark on a tour in Hanoi. We will concentrate on providing pick-up and drop-off services at Cheers Hostel for tours around Ha Giang.
Accessories:
– You will get raincoats and helmets when on travels.
– MOTOGOTours will not provide storage for excess luggage for clients. Regarding lost or stolen items, the firm MOTOGOTours is not accountable.
– Every day of the guided trip covers the cost of gasoline and oil as well.
– We have got ready these for you should you need ropes to fasten the luggage.
